They are different scenarios but I still think we should (and can) incorporate more practice, feedback, and mini lessons into our daily lessons. Always a challenge to "cover" so much curriculum; better to ensure essential skills are learned, rather than covered. Easier said than done, I know. Less is more oftentimes. We’ve got to “cover the material” that my curriculum guide says and cover it in the time my pacing guide says. A basketball game (which is what practice is getting me ready for) doesn’t change. Score more points than the opponent.
